By booking through UBookClean, you agree to these Terms of Service. UBookClean is a marketplace connecting customers with independent cleaning professionals.
Bookings must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time to avoid fees. Late cancellations may incur a $25 fee. No-shows are charged the full service fee.
All cleaners on the UBookClean platform are independent contractors, not employees. UBookClean is not liable for the actions or omissions of cleaners beyond what is covered by our guarantee.
If you are not satisfied with a cleaning, report it within 24 hours and we will arrange a re-clean at no charge. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
The $50 annual membership fee for cleaners is non-refundable once an account is activated and access to the platform is granted.
Users may not solicit UBookClean cleaners for off-platform jobs. Violations may result in account termination and legal action for damages.
UBookClean's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in dispute. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
